Only recently (14 Nov) Google Analytics turned 2 years old. This was a good opportunity for e-Consultancy to to catch up Google Analytics’ Brian Clifton, as well as web analytics gurus Jim Sterne and Eric Peterson for an interview to see how the software is shaping up after two years of hard work.

A small quote by Clifton that demonstrates how Google liberated the market with the launch of their free tool:

“Analytics products and tools have been around for ten years now – ironically, longer than Google. It was really a niche market until we came along and released a free product. Information was held in the hands of a very few people.”

E-Business Brussels 2007Next week, 20 November, the Belgian 2007 edition of the E-Business Conference takes place at the Brussels Event Brewery in Brussels.
